Privacy Policy — Build Momentum: Gym Tracker

Build Momentum (“the app”) is a personal gym-tracking app. Your privacy is simple here: your training data never leaves your device, and we don’t collect anything.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account, no login, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. We (the developer) do not receive any of your data.

What the app stores

All data you enter — workouts, sets, exercises, templates, personal records, and streaks — is stored locally on your device only, in a database that is encrypted at rest (SQLCipher, AES). The encryption key is held in your device’s secure keychain.

Data sharing

We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to anyone. There are no third parties.

Your control over your data

• Export: export all of your training data to a CSV file at any time, from the Progress screen.
• Deletion: all data lives only on your device, so deleting the app permanently deletes all of your data. There is nothing stored on any server to remove.

Health & fitness data

The app records strength-training information you choose to enter (e.g. weights, reps). It does not access Apple Health, your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any device sensors.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
